How It works
The cookie ordering process is very easy. Some people know exactly what they want, and that’s awesome! Others just know they want cookies but don’t know exactly what they want, and that is also awesome! This is where I come in and the fun begins.
I will work with your party theme, color scheme, or logo, to create the perfect cookies for your special event or occasion. Whatever inspired you for your party will also inspire me. Send me those photos of your invites, party decor, and vision boards! This will help me design the perfect cookies to compliment your big day!
As soon as you know you want cookies, reach out to me, even if you don’t know exactly what you want yet, my calendar does tend to book out especially around the busy holidays. It breaks my heart to have to turn people away so the sooner you order the better. I do require at least 2 weeks notice, due to the nature of the process, and the amount of love and care I put into each and every cookie.

How do I place an order?
All orders must submit an order request form which can be found HERE. Please note that by submitting a request, it does not guarantee your order.
How much notice do you need?
Two weeks subject to availability. The cookie journey takes time because of the steps involved a well as time to dry for packaging.
How are cookies priced?
Custom cookies start at $60/dozen for a simple design with 1-3 colors. Pricing increases based on the amount of detail, colors, size and personalization. There is a dozen minimum for custom cookies. Character and logo cookies start at $70/dozen. Individual wrapping with a bow is available for an additional charge of $ .25 per cookie.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is required for all cookie orders placed more than 2 weeks in advance. If your cookie order is placed two weeks or less from your order date, payment in full is required at the time of ordering. I accept cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo, and all major credit cards. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if your order is canceled within two weeks of your order date.
Do you have a retail store with cookies on hand?
My business operates with a cottage food license, and every thing is done out of my homes licensed kitchen. I don’t have cookies for immediate purchase, as All of my cookies are made to order.
Do you deliver?
I offer free delivery for local Ridgefield residents. If you are outside of Ridgefield, depending on distance I am willing to deliver for an extra charge.
How are your cookies packaged?
My cookies will be delivered to you individually wrapped and heat sealed in cellophane bags for no additional charge. For individual wrapping with bow or ribbon there is an extra charge of $.25 per cookie.
Are your cookies nut free?
Yes! There are no nuts in any of my cookies, however, they are not baked in a nut free kitchen.
Do you offer gluten free options?
Not at this time, I’m sorry!
What size are the cookies?
The size of my average cookie is about 4inches. Character cookies are usually larger around 5 inches.
Do you ship?
Due to my cottage food licensing, I am unable to ship at this time.
